We had a fine time in this affordable hotel in Can Picafort. The staff was very hard working, exceptional service. The superior queen room was modern, included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. And it had sea view which is a plus. Location: the property was next to beer locally the promenade, Port de Alcudia/Alcudia beach and all the restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was easy. Everything was simply fine.
Some people working there were not very friendly.

Had a pretty sweet stay! The breakfast was decent but could do with a bit more variety. Loved chilling by the pool, though the water could be cleaner.

The room is neat & newly decorated. Great to have a safe box, a work desk, and a TV with satellite channels. Excellent service and the food is nice.

The bar area was particularly cute, making it a great spot to unwind.
I was disappointed with the bathroom situation. It didn't have a door, made privacy impossible. The humidity in my room was unbearable, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom. These issues significantly affected my overall experience, and I expected better.

Location, location, location! Excelent value for money, good options for breakfast and dinner, a lot better than in Paris for the same star rating, wonderful staff at the front desk, I will mention Haime"s name for the way he managed to please all the customers and also the way he was inducting new staff to cope with all the requests. Good bar and prices and the most important the terrace at the front with Wi-Fi free of charge, also in the reception lounge, bar and dining room. We were given a room at the fifth floor with a wonderful seaview. The room was not available when we arrived, but we were offerred a nice apartment two streets away for three nights, which was absolutely amazing.

We used this for a weeks cycling. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. We stayed 1/2 board and the food was OK. There was always a good salad and bread selection at dinner and a dessert of fresh fruit. We found the price to be very good.
We did find the street outside a little noisy sometimes but that was probably because we were going to bed at 10 pm.

The hotel was very well situated, close to the beach and the lovely promenade. The staff were very courteous and efficient. The rooms were adequate. The food was plentiful and adequate. It is possible to eat and drink outside while people watching
No air conditioning, very hot, uncomfortable in the dining room, but it is possible to eat on the terrace. Sleeping not a problem if you keep the patio door open - but street very noisy at times. No problem if you are prepared, take ear plugs and a flannel to wet and put on your face while sleeping. very little choice at meal times. Not good for vegetarians or faddy eaters.

There were wi-fi only on the first froor. Modems at each frloors were broken and nobody fixed it for a week. Our room was very cold and wind blew in the window, we had to seal it with tape. Inthe bathroom, in the sink, we had 2 cranes from one crane was pouring cold water, hot from the other. We had to mix the water in our hands, it's just stupid!
